Is as advertised. I use applesauce to take my pills so they don't get stuck in my throat and these containers hold about a tablespoon of applesauce, the perfect amount for me to take my pills. I fill 14 of these for a weeks worth (2x a day). Very convenient. Tip: The lids tend to stick together so make sure there is only one lid before placing on the cup.
