Will it fit gen 4 glock 27

Yes. The other person is incorrect. I have one on my G27 & G23, both Gen 4. Doesn't snug up to my G22 Gen 4 though.

No it does not strobe. It is either on or off, but you can turn on the light and laser at the same time, or either on individually.
