This one is fantastic there’s a really nice range of pen tips and a variety of colors to work with. The quality feels solid, and the price was very reasonable for everything that’s included. Perfect for both beginners and anyone looking to refresh their old supplies. Highly recommend.

There is a refillable pump supplied with the set for use with bottled ink.
 
You may also be able to use a refillable converter, depending on size.

**Q: Has anyone had trouble getting the ink to flow freely? I’ve never used a calligraphy pen so maybe I’m not loading the cartridge correctly.**
A: No, ink does not flow with this set.  They are horrible.  I threw mine away and bought a different pen.  Buy a Sheaffer.  It comes with 3 different nibs and it write amazingly smooth.  Very easy to use.  Better throwing your set away and buying the Sheaffer.

**Q: How many pages are in the intro booklet? Can I see some pictures of the inside of the booklets? I want to know if it is good for a beginner.**

Nice set, it comes in a tin box for storage. I got different colored pens, but I liked the colors. There are a few pros and cons about this set. I bought a set to see what it would be like having teens to get X-mas presents for. It is a neat little set. The practice book is of good quality, the flow of the pens is great, and the extra cartridges is also great. It has additional pens and a converter. Great beginner set. I will be buying a couple of more to give out as presents.
