Bitter and doesn't dissolve well in milk or water
I am disappointed with this cocoa. It does not dissolve well in milk or water, even if you use a whisk. The taste is a bit bitter which I did not expect because I purchased the maple flavored cocoa from this exact company and it was amazing. Wish I could return it.

Yummy Hot Cocoa
I love this Cocoa. With my instant hot water we can have hot cocoa any time. Excellent chocolate flavor, I was skeptical because usually when you just add water the flavor is weak - not with this product. Our cups are 10 oz. so we use 3 tbsp instead ot the 2 for 6 oz but still it's only 135 calories. Just be sure to let it sit for a minute and then stir well to get all the cocoa absorbed. This is hard to get from Amazon as their supplier evidently is on again, off again. So I ordered direct from Equal Exchange and was happy to see a much lower price with free shipping. We ordered a dozen and they arrived in 4 days. Love Amazon and love this product - but recommend ordering direct from Equal Exchange.

My favorite. All you have to add is hot water, but I like to top it off with old fashioned marshmallows! Great any time of year.

Super yummy, healthy ingredients, my picky 5 yr old loves it. Perfect to warm up on cold mornings. Add organic milk, marshmallows & whip cream. Boom. Perfection.
