Much cheaper than local mower place.
Fits my mower perfectly. It was going to cost me over $200 to have a local mower place do it. I did it myself for $40 and about 20 minutes of my time.

Good starter for the price
It worked as advertised. I had to use a few extra washers with the bolts due to the starter mount not being as thick as the original and that making the bolts a bit too long. Wasn't a big deal. Had no other issues with the install and as of now at least its still working great so far

Even though the starter was a bit smaller than the original, it bolted up perfectly and the torque was there.

Perfect
54 inch bad boy with the Kohler, starter went out, called dealer, $200 for a new one. Amazon, $55, was hesitant at first but figured I’d give it a shot, came in quick, perfect fit. Started right up. Doesn’t come with new mounting bolts so make sure you save the old ones but I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
