Lathers very easily with a decent consistency.
Really is for sensitive skin types. After years of using artisan soaps and creams, I've ended up using this much more. It's now the only one I use. I use antique straight razors, and creating a thick and creamy lather is important for shaving comfort with them, this cream lathers up very well. Building the lather on the face, instead of a bowl, is easy with this cream. The only annoying thing about this product is the nozzle. When left for a few days, it gets solidly blocked up, and the plunger needs to be pressed very hard to get it to unblock. Which results in cream being lost as it squirts out after unblocking.

Genuinely shocked at how good this is
After years of bearding about, I opted for a change and lopped it off. I picked up shaving gel from the Co-op round the corner. It was fine. In the last week I've been scanning items like a madman with the Yuka app and it showed said shave gel to be not great (13/100!) even though it's listed as "sensitive".And I would have quite sensitive skin, I'm fair headed, I burn easily, etc. I took a punt on this one from Nivea and I genuinely cannot believe how much more pleasant my skin feels post-shave. No redness or inflammation or tightness or any of that. Just waiting on the post-shave balm to arrive now. I didn't think there'd be that much of a difference, but here we are.Highly recommended. I will be a repeat buyer, no doubt.

Poor delivery system.
While the product itself was great the delivery system is not. Nozzle keeps clogging up.

Soft as a baby's bum.
Due to taking blood thinners I use an electric wet shaver and find that this gives me the best shave I have ever had even prior to the electric shaver.

A Great Value: 8 Months of Smooth Shaves
I love the clean-shaven look, so I shave my cheeks, chin, and upper neck almost every day. I bought a bottle of this in June 2024, as it was cheaper than a similar product from Men-U. I'm amazed at how long it lasted; in my case, almost eight months!

Very slimey
It provides a suitably soapy surface for a shave but despite washing your hands after application they are still very slippy for holding a wet razor
