I have purchased a couple now, more for pattern and testing. The copper roof does stand up well to our rainy climate (Washington), however, I do recommend a good sealer (non-toxic) for the wood, as its unfinished. They hold a bee nest brick (13 trays) really well for the large unit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great purchase, would do again! *by S***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2017* The bee house is sturdy and made with real wood. There is a little shelf to put unhatched eggs and room for a sizable hive tray (not included) for when they emerge. This makes a nice garden addition and I've enjoyed learning about the mason bees. They seem to like the setup so far.
