Can’t fault Grohe taps. They are quality products. Super smooth action and water saving aeration feature included. Easy to install.

Usual Grohe quality and easy to fit.However, beware, the tail connection sizes are smaller than the UK standard so you will need adapters to join the tails to the water supply.Additionally the tails are factory fitted to the tap body and cannot be replaced. So if the tails fail in future you have to buy a new tap.

The screw was at the front of the fitting which didn't allow the tap to fit nicely, the screw position is not adjustable so we had to return, otherwise it looked like a nice quality tap

I wish someone in the reviews had warned me that the hoses for this water mixer do not fit the standard UK hoses as it would have saved me a whole lot of frustration and wasted time. So if you are in the UK, bear in mind that the hoses of the water mixer are EU standard size and do not fit in the UK without a connector. You can buy a connector (the ones I bought were 1/2" Female to 3/8" Male), but it increases the chances of something going wrong- like in my case: no matter how much teflon tape and tight I screw in the connectors, they still leak. If the taps didn't need connectors, it would have been fine.The tap itself is shiny and nice looking and comes with seemingly simple instructions- however, if you are installing it yourself it's not going to be as easy as it looks on the video. I decided to try to do it all myself and realized that you need more tools than the 3 in one tool that was provided. The difficulty was partly caused by how difficult my pipes were to reach, so in your case it might not be as hard.Another thing is that when the tap is set to cold, the lever is to the right and not in the centre, so if you want the nose of the tap to be aligned with the lever, this would be in the half-warm/half-cold water position. I wish the cold water was in the middle and the hot was fully to the right- this way when you are using the tap in default cold water, the nose and lever would be parallel.
