Are these organic? Especially strawberries have tons of pesticides sprayed on them

According to the website: GoGo squeeZ organic applesauce is made with 100% USDA verified organic ingredients

The apples are cooked not raw, when applesauce is made. The Go Go squeeze brand of yogurt... has a pasteurized process. Hope this helps.

Is this good for a7 month old?

These are just straight applesauce. They are fine for a toddler and are fine for infants (who can eat applesauce), but they are not as healthy as veggie/fruit mixes.

No. They're relatively smooth, just like regular applesauce.
