**Q: How long did it take until you began seeing some positive results?**
A: Truthfully, I don't exactly remember. I worked with the doctor to wean her off the prescription medicine and then started her with one capsule in the morning and one at night. I know there wasn't enough change because we had to increase it to two in the morning and one at night. I would say it was probably about six months from beginning to end with positive results leading up to where she is at. She has been on this dose for going on three 1/2 years. I hope that helps.

**Q: Help with anger management?**
A: I find the mood support is very calming without making me sleepy. When I’m anxious it’s easier for me to lose my patience. This product helps take away any anxiety and is calming.

**Q: Does this product contain yeast?**
A: I read the ingredients twice, didn't see anything about yeast. I could be wrong, contact the company to be sure.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Boost I needed to start living life again!

Let me start off by saying I was extremely skeptical about this product! But after trying them I am here to say that these supplements most definitely helped free me of the debilitation of depression. Within just days of starting these I started making small improvements everyday such as playing music I enjoy, getting dressed and putting on make-up, and housework. I feel silly even writing those things but those of you who have experienced depression know how it can turn everyday tasks into a gruesome chore. Now Foods Mood Support gave me the boost I needed to start living again. I am no longer fatigued, I'm a more patient and playful parent, and can generally enjoy everyday life with the help of this product. It also helps tremendously with PMS symptoms. Some issues I ran into with this product: First, this product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. When I originally bought these I was still breastfeeding so I set them aside for several months before I could try them. Second, I did not see any improvement for symptoms of anxiety. I still wake early mornings with tightness in my chest. Third, while it's fantastic at maintaining my energy level throughout the day, it interrupts my sleep. This is not a cure-all, nor did I expect it to be. However, it gave me the boost I needed to start implementing a healthier lifestyle and taking better care of myself. I am still trying to find the perfect dose and time of day to take them. But these are very mild and don't mess me up. This is coming from someone who is sensitive to and avoids medication of any kind. I recommend Now Foods Mood Support to anyone in need of that little boost or help managing PMS!
