I was looking for a small covered bin that would contain smells and ideally be able to hide the bin bag inside of it. I bought this bin after having an issue with a more expensive, different brand of bin and it ticks all the boxes! It sits next to my cats’ litter boxes so that I can easily scoop their waste straight into a bin and helps me save on bin bags since I don’t have to constantly throw them out after each scooping. It contains smells well when the lid is closed. The inner rectangular plastic frame helps the bin keep its shape and lets you hook the bin bag inside the body of the bin so that the bag is invisible when the lid is shut. It’s a bit fiddly to do this but worth it for the improved aesthetics in my opinion, and if you don’t care about the bin bag showing then you could probably forgo this. The bin is a decent size for my purposes: it holds about 3-4 days of waste before I have to change the bag and would probably hold more if I was using slightly bigger bags. Alas I am still using the smaller ones I bought for the aforementioned previous bin that broke. I’m confident I’d be able to replace the latch/closer on the bin lid if it broke as it’s accessible. That was the reason I had to replace my previous bin (different brand): the lid broke and there was no way to access the latch to be able to fix the issue. That said, I haven’t had any issues with this bin or its lid at all. Overall a huge step up!

Great bin! I've had this for almost 2 years and haven't taken care of it particularly well - but it is in fantastic condition. The opening mechanism is resilient and the compact size is perfect for a bedroom bin. Very easy to use and empty the bag. Material is perfect for function

Photos of this are a bit deceptive. This is not a kitchen bin unless you put very small things in it and empty daily. May do for food scraps. I’d measure first so you can see true size. However, it makes a great bathroom bin. As per photo you can see it fits beside the loo good. We have a comfort height loo which is higher than your average loo. I like it’s rectangle in shape and the push top lid feature is really great. It clicks back well. So 4 stars as a good bathroom bin but 1 star for kitchens.

Product works well and fits good in small corners. Unfortunately the pictures lead to wrong size expectations.
