Product was delivered extremely fast. That being said ,the box was retaped, Im pretty sure it fell out of the box in shipping. A few minor scratches but very lucky nothing was broken. This is a heavy, beast of a bike, so it should last a long time, the ride is smooth and really absorbed the bumps.

Great eBike but beware the battery dies... quickly
I loved my eBike. Read all instructions and followed to the letter. Their is a 1 year warranty and my battery completely died 1 year and one month in. The "company" which by the way is a cell phone that no one answers, finally called me back. They basically said I'm screwed. It was some guy on the phone who asks vague questions and is slow to answer any of your questions. Definitely, a couple of amateurs running a business out of their garage. I paid top dollar for a quality product but I would have never done so if I knew it was a "seat-of-the-pants" operation.Just want other buyers to be aware of what their up against when purchasing this expensive eBike.

very good and strong, to be better it would have to have a fender and headlight, and it offers 850w and does not have 1000 like the engine needs...

Didn't get to ride it, but customer support was very quick and polite!
I unfortunately was on the sour end of the recieving end here, as UPS caused damage to the bike that left it unrideable/unsafe. The front forks were bent and caused the front tire to be askew/off center.Their customer support responded that same night when I contacted them, and was quick to address the problem and accept the return or offer repair options for the bike. Sadly where I live the repair options were not possible, and I requested the refund option instead. They sent a new box (which was unfortunately too small, but that's not a problem) to send the bike back in, and a label to ship it back via UPS.As for the little time I had taken to put the bike together however, the bike was VERY sturdy. The tires were in great shape (love the cobalt blue colored wheels!) and the battery felt pretty durable! Assembly was effortless (again, if it wasn't for the damage that was caused in transit, NOT THEIR FAULT!), and if it wasn't for UPS being so unprofessional with their handling, it would have been an amazing bike!Their support has been super polite from start to finish, very quick and exceptionally helpful! while the delivery company was a 0/5, JMTAAT has definitely earned my respect, but definitely be careful with UPS as a shipping company here in PA, they do not give a rats' feces about packages it seems. :(I'll be sure to send people their way when they ask about an E-bike. Overall really like this company. Their product was made with care and their customer support is fast and efficient. :)

Seat needed major adjusting
My son bought this bike. Absolutely loved it. Only problem was he is 5’9 and couldn’t reach the seat. He had to cut off part of the seat post so that it could go low enough for him to get on. Other than that awesome product.

Customer service is the worst and the quality is questionable
I received the Bison bike ok. Box was good condition but after putting the bike together I pulled on the rear brake lever and the brake fluid poured out on my driveway. I rode the bike around the block without the rear brake to see how the power was. Half way around the block the power cut out every 6 seconds, top speed without pedal assist was aprox 4 mph. I called Ecotric because they mentioned their customer service is more than happy to assist you in trying to fix the problems yourself. I have the tools and knowledge to fix things myself but I spoke to the technician on the phone and sent pictures to him of the leaky brake. He did help me with the brake. The brake line was not pushed all the way into the compression fitting, this poor quality of assembly could cost someone their life if they were going down a steep hill and lost their back brake. The technician will not answer my calls or text me back now and all I want is an answer to when he will send me the controller part to fix the problem with the power cutting out. Very crappy service and assembly. I would look towards another bike manufacturer. Also note that they advertise easy 30 day free at home trial ! Beware that if you do return it, they will get you for 20% restocking charge. Thats $340.00 out of pocket for a free home trial. I have a hard time trusting a company like this.

Great bike and customer service
Ok, this is my first electric bike and so far I'm super impressed. I first received bike super fast, but the battery was dead, so I have contacted customer service and they were super supportive. I had to send them couple of pictures to prove that battery is really bad and that was it. They have sent me new one ASAP... overall 5* experience

I do love it
The display was cracked in the undamaged shipping carton. If it gets replaced then I will be happy. I pedaled 30 miles the first day this is a wonderful life enhancing machine even with a damaged display
