My puppy LOVED this thing right when she opened it. She loves lambs and sheeps. Those have been her favorite toys.However, she was able to loosen the thread of the lambs smile and was trying to eat it. Needless to say the lamb has half a smile now. SO BE CAREFUL of the stitching!

My new puppy loves this. He cuddles up to it in his crate.

I ordered one, which came with a dead battery, I returned it another arrived the following day, it does feel like a heartbeat. I landed up giving it to my other little dog, too nice to leave it with the puppy and he would chew it up if not watched.

She loves this! I was concerned with it being a lamb and all her "babies" are Lambchops that she immediately stays to destroy, but she doesn't touch this one with her mouth. The beats are just perfect & it helps calm her pretty quickly. My only dislike is the push mechanism of the batteries. It is such a large area and very sensitive so depending on the position of the hearts, she often turns them off just by moving or they get pressed & turn on if it gets touched/ moved just the right way and if it's not noticed, the battery is drained - and the batteries are not convenient to replace.Totally worth it to calm her, just some inconveniences.

I bought this for my new puppy. It works great and he loves it. Plan on changing batteries a lot. They don't last long.

After looking around at our local pets stores and the same thing is $40 plus! I was glad to find this on Amazon! I brought a 9week old Australian Shepherd home on Saturday and he snuggles with his little sheep! He quiets down so quickly… literally 2-3 mins after placing him in for bed!

I bought this for my son's 8 week old puppy that was having trouble settling in and sleeping....within a few days he slept all night and it's his constant companion

My puppy loves this stuffed animal; heartbeat is just right; made well and still in one piece with lab puppy; very comforting to her.

Unsere kleine Hündin (Chihuahua) liebt das Schaf. Wir mussten schon sehr viele von diesen Schafen kaufen, weil unsere Hündin kein anderes Kuscheltier nimmt, sondern nur das Schaf. Daher ist die Haltbarkeit eher gering. Könnte mehr aushalten, wenn ein Chihuahua es schon hinbekommt, dieses kaputt zu machen. Die Herzen darin sind für uns unsinnig, die nehmen wir immer raus.

My puppy had this from 8 wks soothed her at night liked to put her head on it . As she’s grown likes to carry it about house at 4 month old she tried to rip Velcro off to get plastic heart beat out so had to take it out I’ve sewed it up & at 6 months plays with it no bother .

Summary: not effective, small risk of danger so don’t use the heating component at all.We took a risk on this in the hope t would comfort our 8 week old puppy. She loves the toy - but she loves all toys! - and will happily chew it. The heartbeat seems to have little effect. In fact, I would say that it encourages her to bite it more.The warm pouch was easy to heat up but I decided to cut down the recommended time to 1 minute. Just as well as the stones were super hot when removed from the microwave.The pocket in the toy isn’t really big enough for the stone pouch and the heart. When both are inserted, it is difficult to close.The Velcro helps to keep it shut for a while but our puppy can pull it open with enough effort. I don’t put the stones inside now as I worry she might pull them out and rip open the little bag.

The lamb is well made and as described but unfortunately our pup wasn't really that bothered and is a bit of a chewer so it isn't going to work for us. My 8 year old daughter will probably adopt it instead.

The media could not be loaded.  My puppy absolutely loves Sheepy. She carries her around throughout the day and will play with her in the garden. I can't comment on it being a toy to settle her as she has never been bothered about the heart beat and just stairs at it tilting her head when it's on.
