It took my teenage daughter and I re-starting a few times to figure out the stitching that worked best for us, and that we were able to pull tight as we went along. We did pull stitches tight as we worked, but found that after we completed several stitches (maybe a couple of inches worth) we were able to go back and pull it even tighter. It did help if the cover was a bit warm to help it stretch easier. We were working on a hot day and had the air conditioning running and noticed if the cover got cold, it was a bit harder to stretch.We installed on a 2012 Ford Focus, on a steering wheel without cruise control. We were not able to pull it tight enough that the edges of the fabric fully met, but with the stitching, it feels fine.We bought the car used, and the steering wheel was getting warn (I think perhaps it had a slip-on cover on it before.)It took us about 4 hours of time, but the steering wheel looks and feels much better. I expect it will last for many years.

This worked great for my ford focus and fit really well but the instructions were not really good enough for me (someone who has not done much sewing) so it took me way longer than it really needed to. Otherwise good

Great feel. Measurements off just a little bit for two spokes. Takes a while to put on. Take your time !

The gap between the seams is 3/8-1/2 inch and I couldn't stretch it anymore. It was purchased for a 2013 Focus.Just a heads up that sewing this is not a fast process ~3 hours.

Not enough material, as another reviewer mentioned, there was a gap between the seams. Feels good, looks good at first glance but upon inspection it's discernable that there is a gap and because of that it gives the impression that this is poorly done

Great cover!It took a while (4 hours) to fit it on and I had to adjust it quite a bit at the 10 and 2 points of the wheel; however, it looks great and I am very happy with it for the price!

Very nice leather steering wheel cover. Takes a little time to install but the end result was well worth it. Looks like a factory installed leather steering wheel cover.

Product arrived quickly and I set out to install it the day it arrived. As others have said, it definitely takes a while to install so make sure you have several hours. Left it in the warm vehicle in the sun to warm up the cover and it slipped on fairly easily with a nice snug fit. Just make sure to take you time and follow the included instructions and you will get good results. I installed this on a used vehicle I recently purchased that had a steering wheel that was badly worn in a few spots. This cover makes it look like a new wheel and feels so much better than the worn wheel. I can easily recommend this product as I am very satisfied with the look and feel. Can't speak to the longevity as I just installed it but unless it falls apart in a few months, I would definitely buy another.
