what are the height of the receptacles off the floor?

They are about 16 to 20 inches off the floor and there are an additional two openings about 4 to 8 inches. Be careful on the shipping as I ordered three and was only able to actually use one. FEDEX trashed the other two and the one I finally used ended up taking several hours to get straight.

What is the amperage rating for this device?

It was wired like a regular outlet as such probably about 5 amps per plug.

Arrived damaged

When the power pole arrived via semi truck it was bent/damaged and unusable. Requested a refund and was approved and also recurred shipping to return item.
