14"" Replacement UV Bulb for Bio-Fighter LightStick

I ordered this product back in September and installed it a couple of weeks later. The install was fairly simple since I was just replacing the bulb - still requires a little work as you are not popping out an old bulb and plugging in a new one. Then earlier this month I checked my HVAC unit and realized that the bulb had burned out - after only a couple of months. So basically that was $50 down the drain.

Fairly easy to install. The acid test will be how long it lasts. The original bulb lasted two years.Update: This one lasted one year.

The set of bulbs that came with the unit were still working when I replaced them after 2 years. I replaced 2 more sets, 2 years apart, each set still working at that point. I finally installing this set. The bulbs stopped working after 1 1/2 years.

It was ok while it worked, overpriced for being such low quality

Yes just as I ordered. Only problem was my balast was burned out and not in stock any longer. So I had to get a new UV lite system complete (under warranty) . The new system uses a different lite so I am stuck with a lite that I cannot use. I had ordered one last year and it worked great. I will order another for next year (new type).

Lasted 2 years (compared to 6 years for the original).

I am very satisfied with this product. Great customer service also. I highly recommend.
