Does it perform utter poorly like pretty much every coleman sleeping bag?** A: Hi! Unless you lay your sleeping bag in something really unsanitary like bear scat ( only kidding), the health dept told me to expose each side to sunshine for 2 hours a day. It will be sanitized. We always air ours out on each side during the day if good weather. The health dept said you can use the sun to o sanitize a lot of things that are unwashable. I put my bag in the dryer for 20 min before and after a trip to prevent bug problems. And I made a bag out of a sheet that I store it in off season in a box with a little food grade diatomaceous earth in the edges of the box. I store this inside the house in case of power outages. Have never had one in cold weather ( furnace stopped working for a day), but my neighbors were without power for 8 days in the middle of winter. Good luck. If you want to go the quick route there are chemical sanitizing sprays. I just don't know how safe they are. **Q: Can you zip 2 bags together** A: No, I just bought two but can’t connect them because it has a red plastic piece that prevents the zipper from detaching. You cannot zip two together without modifying the sleeping bag **Q: Where aree these made?** A: I believe China! **Q: Do you have any problems with the zipper catching?** A: The zipper on this bag is great! Never gets caught or stuck like every other bag I have had! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cozy sleeping bag *by on Reviewed in the United States March 18, 2026* I picked up the REDCAMP Outdoors Cotton Flannel Sleeping Bag, and it’s been a really solid choice for camping and overnight trips. The flannel lining is soft and cozy, which makes it feel more comfortable than the typical slick sleeping bag material. It’s roomy enough to move around without feeling restricted, and it keeps you warm on cool nights without overheating.I also like how versatile it is — it fully unzips to use as a blanket, which is great around the fire or inside a cabin. The zipper works smoothly, and it rolls up easily into the carry bag for transport. It’s a bit bulkier than ultralight options, but that’s expected with the added comfort and warmth.Best for: car camping, sleepovers, or anyone who wants comfort over compactness. Warm, comfortable, and dependable — would definitely recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **!?!?NOT MACHINE WASHABLE!?!?** *by on Reviewed in the United States September 3, 2026* Purchased for a midweight sleeping bag for summer & fall...get it and unroll it only to see a big white care tag that says: "DO NOT MACHINE WASH, DO NOT DRY CLEAN". There is no information under "Material & Care" that states this before buying. Make no mistake, the sleeping bag looks very comfortable and decently made, but come on....a sleeping bag is going to be a pain to hand wash. Good thing it's inexpensive in case I cannot clean it.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ very thin but hot *by on Reviewed in the United States February 24, 2026* It's a good product, but I expected it to be a little thicker; it's uncomfortable for my back on a wooden floor. ## Frequently Bought Together - REDCAMP Cotton Flannel Sleeping Bag for Camping Backpacking, Adults Cold Weather Envelope Sleeping Bags with 2/3/4lbs Filling - Yuzonc Camping Sleeping Pad, Ultralight Camping Mat with Pillow Built-in Foot Pump Inflatable Sleeping Pads Compact for Camping Backpacking Hiking Traveling Tent - Amazon Basics Waterproof Camping Tarp --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/40303880-redcamp-cotton-flannel-sleeping-bag-for-camping-backpacking-adults-cold](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/40303880-redcamp-cotton-flannel-sleeping-bag-for-camping-backpacking-adults-cold) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
