I use these mainly for deadlifts & RDL's, I'm able to lift alot heavier using these as they do not put strain on my wrists & I'm able to grip onto heavy weights alot easier, as I don't have a very good grip otherwise. Easy to put on & pick up weights & easy to release heavy weights too. I feel safe when using these, as they are very robust & good quality.

**Q: How do you actually put these on! There’s no instructions and I can’t find any videos !**
A: Very easily. Put the strap around your wrist, through the loop and Velcro to desired tightness

**Q: Can I use these for pull ups?**
A: Wide grip pull-ups they would work well 

I hang off a pull up bar to stretch my back and they fit well

**Q: What diameter bar does it fit?**
A: Any size including an Olympic bar. I’ve hooked mine over fat grips before too just to test the diameter of how much they fit.
