Walking again with confidence!
I recently had hip replacement surgery. I’ve been suffering from severe osteoarthritis in my hip since 2012, with so many complications. Unable to walk without out a walker. After surgery I began therapy and my needs for a walker decreased to use of a cane, but my gate was still, impaired, Ankles were tight. I had heard about walking sticks and seen them used by hikers, so I asked my therapist about them. He said he found them to be better for walking than a cane so I bought these. I used them yesterday after therapy. My house is the same distance from therapy as I am able to walk (30 minutes). My gate increased in length, my ankles didn’t hurt, and I felt secure, steady, safe from falling. There was no awkwardness in using them. They contract for easy transport, and they’re sturdy too. Great design. Numbers (like a ruler) aid in getting them adjusted to the right length for the user, and comfortable hand grips with a strap. Feet attachments can be traded out for different terrain, ( street, gravel, rock/slippery/sandy beaches, snow even! Makes me want to try hiking again in these settings!

Good so far
Have walked about 4 miles so far and these worked great, I only use 1 and the wife uses the other. What We likeThe adjustable hand straps. The assorted Tips provided.Handles are comfortable.Telescopic adjustment is great & stays tight.Tip has built in shock absorber.Light weight but seem strong.Easy to store.Seem to be very good value for the price. Our use is light to medium duty, we plan on doing some hiking in a national park soon, I'll try to update afterwards if needed.

Reliable, Yet Budget-Friendly
These walking trekking poles are decent for the price, offering good support and stability during hikes. The build quality is solid enough for general use, providing reliable assistance on various terrains. While the poles are not the most premium option available, they do the job well and are easy to adjust for different heights. The grip is comfortable, and the straps offer a secure hold. The poles perform adequately for casual trekking or walks, though they may not be as durable or lightweight as higher-end models. The price is reasonable for the quality, making them a great option for someone looking to try out trekking poles without committing to a more expensive pair.

Great product!
I absolutely love these sticks! In a really good week, I'll pound the pavement 20 miles. I do mean pound as I also wear a weighted vest and I keep a pretty good pace. The sticks hold up to my hard use very well!I have also found the customer service at TheFitLife, to be top notch and I REALLY appreciate them!

Happy after trying them out.
The price was great, 50% off, but you still feel as if these are high quality poles. I like that they come with a bag and different feet for different terrain. Not sure how to describe the feel, but they give so much support when walking, but are not heavy at all. They take the pressure off the back so no back strain. I have to carry a portable oxygen concentrator, which I put in a little knapsack on my back. With these poles, I don't even notice the POC. The allow me to do a winter or any season sport with minimal preparation, just take the poles and go. I have tried them in different weather conditions and I feel safe.

So blessed to have these!
Great for my immobility issues due to severe back, hip, and joint issues after I sustained an injury and now I have a disability. I can actually walk longer distances with these. They help me resume my exercise walks outside independently for 25-30 minutes. With these, I walk like I’m not injured/disabled. Without them, my back can’t handle 5 minutes unassisted. They are a game changer!! So blessed to have found them. They take pressure off my back, hip and joint problems. They are inexpensive. Note: Watch a physical therapist video to ensure you use them correctly as I needed the tips. Now, I can move with ease and exercise freely after watching the video of correct usage.

Nice poles for snowshoeing
I use these with my snow shoes. I would have given them a 5 star, except I nearly lost a basket as the baskets screw on and don't have a retaining clip to lock them in. however, after really snugging it hard, my baskets did stay in place. The variety of tips make them useful for snow or non-snow trekking. Light weight, straps are about the right length. A little longer for me would be nice as I have big hands and thick wrists. I was near the very end of the length.
