I bought this as part of my keto diet to sweeten my coffee. It works wonderful. No aftertaste.

Much better than sugar. I’ll never use sugar again!

My favourite
One of my favourite sweeteners: no nasty fillers no bitter after taste. It was on offer at a better price than at my local market.

Expected More Monk Fruit Content
I expected more monk fruit content, but it seems to be mostly erythritol. It works as a sweetener, but it’s not what I was looking for from a monk fruit product

One of my favorite products
And second time order!

No aftertaste, great sugar substitute
NOTE: this is a monk fruit-erythritol mix, NOT pure monk fruit extract. However, it makes me feel better knowing that it's certified organic. I've been using monk fruit/erythritol for a while now to cut down on sugar for health reasons (candida overgrowth being one of them), and although you can't always substitute it into recipes that use sugar for its chemical properties (traditional pectin preserves, caramelizing, etc.), it does work well for most things. I've baked lots of stuff with it (mug cakes, muffins) and put it into protein shakes and stuff. It seems to dissolve okay, about as well as sugar at least. Much more expensive though, but NOW brand usually has better prices. If you are very taste-sensitive, it's possible you will notice a difference in flavor, but for me it's not really noticeable.

A Good Sugar Substitute
Good sweetness level, without a strong chemical aftertaste. Slight “cool” flavor.

Monk Fruit No Calories
I real;y liked this product because It does not get hard when its left out which is very furstrating when you pay so much for some of the sugar substitutes. So you just don't know what to put in your glass or cup but this measures just like sugar and has a pleasing taste and tastes like sugar no after taste. I have tried alot of the substitutes, and some are so awful because they get hard before you have you used half of it. This is a great product tastes like sugar and acts like sugar. Go for it, you only have calories to loose. P.S. It is a little on the expensive side.

Tastes great, but NOT a powder.
WARNING: this is NOT powdered as implied in the title. At best, particle size is fine granules. It’s not even as superfine as caster sugar, which is still coarser than confectioner's.On the plus side, it tastes very much like sugar in most recipes, and it's organic to boot. Note that I say "in recipes" - if you put it straight on your tongue, you'll taste the erythritol because that's what it is. That's just the reality of it with any of these.Regardless, this won't cut it in recipes that call for a confectioner's sweetener, and that's what I bought it for. Gritty fudge, anyone? No? Didn't think so.Can you powder it yourself? Of course you can. But if that’s what I wanted, I would have bought a bag of granulated, not one sold as already being a POWDER. There are recipes that only work with one or the other, and that’s why they HAVE these designations. And despite the word "powder" appearing nowhere on the packaging, this isn't an Amazon listing error - NOW Foods list this on their own website as a powder. I'm boggled that a company so steeped in food and nutrition for so long wouldn't understand the difference. So, while it may be good enough to buy next time I need a bag of granulated, this gets no more than three stars from me because the decision to spend my money on it was predicated on false information.

Great Price
Less expensive than most similar products - although I would rather pure monk fruit.
