It was pretty hard to put on, I ended up having to use a knife to push the clasp thing open on the link and get it attached to her bracelet but I think even maybe flat head screwdriver would have worked as well. I got it on eventually and it looks great so far, looks well made but will up date if I have any issues with it. Review: Italian Heart Charm - Really precious charm. Cute and shiny
Took a bit of getting used to with changing the charms but it’s really pretty! I always wanted charm bracelets but the dangling gets in the way of my work so this was exactly what I needed. (My bf bought it for me!) Do be warned lol sometimes it pinches you.
