Portronics Power Plate 7 with 6 USB Port + 8 Power Sockets Smart Electric Universal Extension Board Multi Plug with 2500W, 2Mtr Cord Length, 2.1A USB Output(Black)

I bought this item on 1st July 2026. Initially, when I ordered the product, I found that some of the sockets and USB ports were not properly working. I therefore, returned the product on 3/7/26 to the vendors as per the directions of Amazon Team. The vendors have picked up the product on reverse pickup basis on 3/7/26 on the condition that the replacement was on receipt of the defective Power plate. Today on 17/7/26, I got my replacement and I switched on the power plate and found that all the ports and sockets are working fine. I, at the outset thank the vendors M/s. Portronics for prompt replacement. The product is reasonably priced with such excellent features and specifications.

For a very long time I have been searching for an extension board which can help me to put my phones and mac on charge simultaneously. However, due to the big size charger of my Narzo phone and mac, only one could be put to charge, but with this board, I can charge all my gadgets at one time because there is plenty of room. 8 sockets and 6 USB port, what else one could ask for. The cord is exactly 9.5 Feet long. One very crutial thing, my lava charger is 33 watt fast charging and Narzo is 88 watt turbo and both are working fantastic with this extension. If you want a spacious board go for it. I got it on 28 apr for ₹748. The quality is way beyond one could ask for.

Works as per needed, good enough for my desk setup with 5 devices connected

I have searched and bought a lot of extension boards for my pc till date in the last 5 years but none of them had all the things that I wanted. Some of them were not good on the durability factor, while others were made of really cheap plastic. Rounded extension board is not fit for my workplace as it keeps on wobbling around on the furniture. Finally, I landed up on this product of Portronics named as Power Plate 7, let me share my review with you guys. If you find this review helpful then please give it a thumbs up. 1) Build Quality - Black in color, plastic used is really good and not of cheap quality, even the sockets are covered automatically when not in use. 2) Sockets - There are 8 sockets + 6 usb ports all at equal distance. As can be seen in the image I am using 2 sockets for my CPU and monitor and other 4 sockets for my mobile chargers. I have a one plus charger + honor charger + 2 other chargers and this board's sockets are such that you can use all of them even of you arrange all the chargers besides each other. ( I usually used to have problems with other boards when using mobile charges besides each other) 3) Charge speed - Mobile charging speed is perfect, even when I use all the chargers simultaneously. Every mobile gets charged up at Warp speed / VOOC speeed / Turbo speed as per the mobile I am charging. 4) Sturdiness - This power board is very strudy + durable and does not wobble even a inch while inserting the chargers or plugs inside the sockets. 5) Happiness - The best part is I am really happy after making this purchase. At a price of Rs.799 it may seem to be on the higher side. But believe me anything below this price or without a proper company name is really hard on our electronic products. Just imagine buying a cheaper socket board and getting your electronic items damaged (which could be more costly). 6) USB Ports - 6 USB ports are perfect to charge my smart watches + my daughter's toys that need usb chaarging. ( I would recommend using direct mobile chargers in the sockets to charge your mobile since those are more faster than these USB ones) 7) Fuse - This socket board also features a FUSE on the backside which would be a life saver incase the load increases too much. 8) Wire Length - It has got 3 meters of cord length which is perfect for my use. 3 meters means more than 9 feet of cord to use and I would say don't go for anything below 3 meters as this much of length is needed. Overall a perfect socket board for my electronic products and I would very well recommend this to everyone.

Good product with multiple charging points including USB. It would have been great to have a couple of type C ports also. Value for money.

Still working great. Generous cord length. Versatile with usb ports as well as 3 pin plug points. Compact. For every household to have. Just don't use in a 16 amp plug points.

i don't have the money to be able to actually cut the cable and look inside but it feels heavy it might just be thicker coating anyway 10A is good enough for most lightweight stuff, cant run any heavy appliances though as the amps have a possibility of spiking above limit., now about the USB ports, its sort of a gimmick, because you can only charge one phone and cant use the other ports for anything useful if the phone is charging, but its great for me as i have a lot of small devices that need charging via USB like wireless headsets, small torches, smartwatches etc. I've mounted it with the wall hanging oles to the side of my desk and the sockets hold the plugs really tight so that's good.I'm assuming the over-current / over-voltage trip switch resetting is within the power-switch itself.
