I bought it for my air purifier but unfortunately you canโt read the policy before buying it howeverWhen I received it on my mail it was such a disappointment that they almost not covering anything ๐ and the list of the resaons to not was 2 pages ๐ so no matter what they will find the excuse to not coverunfortunately I canโt give less than 1 star and i advice you guys to stay away from this and save your money ๐ค

Refunding your money for the warrant
Refund is not adhered to. Once I received the product and it was not working the first thing I did was to request a refund for the warrant. The second thing was to request product refund. The product refund was done within 2 days but the Warrant refund is now 3 weeks I'm following up with them but someone is claiming I didn't do the request. How twisted is this?
