Will this work for bullnose corners?

The tape is thick and not pliable, so I doubt if it'll work on any place other than a 90 degree corner.

It’s made of silicone, so it’s waterproof by default. The adhesive is most likely not waterproof. I think you could mount this outdoors and it would be ok, but I’m guessing it couldn’t not be submerged in water. You could lay down a bead of silicone adhesive to more permanently mount the edge protector.

Will this work to cover quartz silestone edges in kitchen sink?

It should. I actually use it to protect the delicate edges of my quartz counter around the sink.

can this edge protector be applied to vertical corners ?

I would assume this edge protector would work fine on a vertical surface as the adhesive seems to be very strong.
