These and nothing as far as a tool, will ever be able to counteract the humidity and though I dislike using product on my hair... With these rollers.. because my hair comes out lovely I don't even mind using a light humidity resistant hair spray. Other rollers either didn't get hot enough of they tangled in my hair. I've located my white cotton gloves for the next use... They are fast and I love that!!!! I read a few reviews that said they were possibly going to buy another set and I don't understand that because it takes no real time to be hearted and ready to use. I rarely rate a five star and I am not impressed with the clips that came with it. I used several of the regular clips I have when I'm wearing my hair up. They just aren't sufficient in size or weight to support the long curler.. But the value in the product is so fantastic, it cancels out the negative in the clips. I. Really like that it doesn't require a cover or hood. First time I've seen a set that dissent. With the cover on the many sets before this- I'd get almost anxious trying to open the hood, get the curler and let the hood slam shut.... before it "lost heat".. I am so happy I bought these.. For me being on a fixed income it was a tough decision I struggled with for a few weeks. I just can't be happier and they are keeping me encouraged to keep myself up worth this humidity.
