Q: Does the notebook come with box? I am giving this as a gift.

Its like a thin white cardboard box . But not like a fancy Mont Blanc box.

Q: Is the liner notebook college ruled or wide?? It looks wider than the grid notebook.

It is college ruled and the leather is gorgeous!

Q: Does the notebook come in original box?

Not sure what your expectations are. The notebooks came from the distributor in a folded cardboard "sleeve". The notebooks are covered on all sides. I think we still have more at our warehouse. I can send you pics during the work week if you reach out to me directly. Hope this helps
