bought the other make neotec had throw it out the case all fell to bits, it wasnt very well made This make is really robust and the sound i get from it is amazing, i used wired earphones, the dial is solid too, as others have said it comes away.....i am not heavy handed so thats maybe why mine is still intact. The price is cheaper with make also, I highly recommend buying.

I've owned a few headphone amps and DACs and this is my favourite. It's not as small as some but everything else about it is excellent. It connects seamlessly via Bluetooth with no disconnection issues. It gives headphones a fuller more satisfying sound but most importantly allows for stepless volume control. It's perfect for home use but can also be put in a pocket to convert any wired headphones into portable semi-wireless versions. If you have some wired headphones that you like but don't like to (or can't) plug them into your phone don't get rid of them - get one of these.

Bought to use with in helmet audio for winter sports.The impact caused something to move inside and means that the volume dial now needs to be held or taped to the body or no sound. It also has no auto power off, so if you're used to that with your other bluetooth devices then it might be a bit annoying.Even with those criticisms there isn't really anything better on the market that I'm aware of.

I was a bit unsure as to whether this little unit would perform but I am really pleased with it. Previously, I was using some bluetooth earbuds and, although they were fine, the charge only seem to last for about 3 hours. This unit enables me to use my headphones and not to worry whether the charge will run out. The volume control is fine for me but I appreciate that others may prefer it higher.It's a neat unobtrusive little unit and very convenient in use. Charges very quickly, too.I haven't any prior experience with headphone amps so I can't compare it with anything. I have seen other units costing 10 times as much but I seriously question what more they can offer.My listening experience has improved dramatically. The stereo separation is clear and balanced but the biggest improvement is in the speech rendering. For years I've struggled to pick up dialogue on films but now the speech is right at the front of the sound stage and is as clear as a bell. I'm hearing stuff I've never heard before.One satisfied customer.

I am old and getting a bit deaf because I don't hear the highest frequencies. There seems to be a technical problems in selectively enhancing these higher frequencies and this little box does not do this. I don't think any product on the market has the required property. Having said that, this is a nifty little box and does a good job. It could be improved by making it able to be connected into a phone line.

plugged into my car speakers and makes a huge difference. I didn't notice that much when using headphones though. The bass is much more crisp and deeper without drowning out the higher tones. 4 star however as theres no indicator for battery life, it kinda just... dies. Annoying, especially as it died half way through a 3 hour road trip. So keep it fully charged at all times

This headphone amp sounds much better than some of the more expensive versions I have owned and works well both Bluetooth and wired with, excellent sound quality for the money Definitely recommended.

It does work well. But the toggle brokeAfter 3 months, used once a week. There are similar reviews. Try to contact the customer support, led to a different website, ask for repair/return, no feedback.

This amplifier has outstanding sound quality and is easy to use.

This thing is rad and perfect if you still have some quality wired headphones you don’t want to part with.

I use the amp with an mp3 player and was disappointed with the level of volume. Even on the max volume setting, the increase in volume is barely noticeable.

I use it for leveling Youtube videos while I drive at it's worked great, thus far.
