Should be required reading in American high schools

This text ain't half bad. I was having an awful time attempting to trudge thru the wordy Das Kapital, this helps ease the difficulty quite I bit. The text explains exchangeability, the role of money, and so on. I also ordered it alongside Jobin-Leeds "When We Fight, We Win: Twenty-First-Century Social Movements and the Activists That Are Transforming Our World 1st Edition". Glad I did, because whoever authored this tries to really downplay revolution. EDIT: The first time I submitted this review, it was not accepted. When I looked thru the guidelines, I could not find anything in it that went against it. Wondering if it is just a glitch or perhaps anti-Marx sentiment. Not sure.

This is a very good introduction to the ideas in Capital and a good resource to flip through if you want a quick refresher of a specific concept

Book came in excellent condition, and arrived quickly.

Bought it as a novelty item. I was pleasantly surprised to by how both educational and entertaining it is.

Came as expected

This book is REALLY illustrated. It is more a form of cartoon. It states the main principles of Marx's Capital, but in a very short form and without commentary. It is slightly difficult to understand, if you don't have any pre-knowledge of the subject. If you are an Economist, it is probably fun, but if you just want to know the basics of Marx, this is not the best book.

A very charming and accessible primer to Marc's great work and ideas. Great for kids too, the cartoons are legitimately brilliant. Everyone wants to borrow it, so I have 2 copies now!

I'm in the midst of reading Marx's Capital. (All right, I just retired and now I can spend my time however I please.) I have found several companion works which help clarify the concepts of Marx's rather complex opus. This one, though rather simplistic, does a good job of presenting the basic concepts (especially of Volume I). In addition, it is humorous and engaging.

Very informative introductory look into one of, if not the most influential thinkers, in Western political/economic thought.
