Love the coconut flavor! It's good by itself, but I've also mixed it with flavored protein powder, pineapple juice or orange juice for variety. You can also blend it with crushed ice for a smoothie-type drink.

I really enjoy this Protein2o drink! The flavor is refreshing and light, making it easy to drink post-workout. I love that it delivers 15g of whey protein along with hydration, making it a convenient all-in-one option. It mixes well, feels light on the stomach, and is perfect for on-the-go recovery. I will definitely purchase again.

Not chalky like a lot of protein drinks. This water is refreshing and better tasting than most! I have had both the grape and coconut. They do taste better cold and are good for between meals and when I do long runs.

I had bariatric surgery last year. We need to consume a lot of protein. I hate the shakes. The Protein2O are great ! they're not overly sweet (compare to Pure Proteins protein waters) and they are higher in protein 15g than even most shakes. And I think about the cheapest - at least on Amazon. I live in rural VT so have difficulty finding anything like this locally. I have been buying by subscription, four cases of these (one each: Berry, Grape, Cherry, Coconut) per month for the past year and a half. I have generally been very satisfied with these. They're not overly sweet, I don't think they're at all thick and only on rare occasion, if you don't shake it, might you see some of the isolate separate from the 'water'. The only thing I would warn, is they say to refrigerate after opening. Abide by this - I left an opened bottle in the car overnight and it smelled funky (as in bad) the next morning. I only rated these 4 instead of 5 stars because I received my monthly shipment and the grape are really watered down this time. The whole case. They are almost undrinkable. I am only drinking them because I didn't want to throw them out. Earlier this year I decided to try some new flavors - they had a variety pack of some other flavors (Peach Mango, Blueberry Pom, Dragonfruit) but these are only 10g protein - I tried them. these were all watered down too. So now I am concerned that Protein2O is changing their formula. I hope not. That's two cases of drinks I was unhappy with. I would hate if they changed the formula because the next cheapest (and drinkable) brand is the Pure Protein and those are a lot sweeter than Protein2O and almost 30% more expensive. When I am buying 4 cases a month, that adds up. Note to Protein2O - if you change your formulas to make them so watery tasting, you're going to lose an otherwise loyal customer.

Love these! Perfect way to Stay hydrated and get protein in. No funky tastes! My only dislike is sometimes the filmy things floating from the whey protein gross me out. As long as you shake well and keep cool, they’re good!

Protein 2o is my 3x a day go to. I highly recommend ALL flavors. If you are trying to reach daily protein goals, Protein 2o is an absolute MUST! I drink them in my Yeti with crushed ice. I also use them as my liquid in my Protein shakes. I LOVE sweet tea but I have to make it without sugar or use Stevia. Yesterday I made my tea..with Lipton tea bags of course, once it was chilled I poured 3/4 tea and 1/4 of the Peach Mango into my Yeti. It was FANTASTIC!! Try all of the flavors....you won't regret it.

I will say that I recommend this under very specific conditions, and if the following doesn't jive with you, then it's safe to say you should pass over this item. The flavor of this protein water is reminiscent of those barrel drinks that were popular if you had a childhood in the 90s (or alternatively, the flavor of a melted down freeze pop - you remember, the kind that comes in the tube that murders the sides of your lips). Initially, it'll be fairly pleasant with regards to flavor, but after about 1/3rd of the way through, you'll start to notice the grape-iness of the drink. The drink will not feel like anything in your system until about halfway through, at which point, you'll notice that there's definitely space being occupied in your stomach, and now, your tongue feels a bit weird, like you've just had a crap-ton of stevia or something. After the halfway mark, you're pretty much muscling down the rest of it, which isn't bad since a lot of it is already in you doing work. The grape flavor lingers for a bit, and will tinge things you eat for the next half hour or so, but if you don't eat afterwards, you'll be fine. Do NOT eat something while drinking this, as you'll notice very quickly how much room is taken up in your stomach. Given the above, I personally didn't mind it, as I like trying new ways to get protein in me. I would definitely consider buying this again just for convenience's sake, and the flavor is definitely tolerable, but I would not include this into any sort of rotation of meal.

My spouse needs these a meal replacements and she loves them. She so far hasnt really disliked any flavor either. They're expensive but over all worth it for the money and so she isn't forced to eat whe. It isnt thick or syrupy either and really helps hydrate her. The amount we get is also good and in the goldilocks zone Been buying these for almost 3 years now. Don't plan on stopping anytime soon

This drink is exactly what my daughter was looking for. It is high in protein, has a nice berry taste, low calorie, and no sugar. I tried it and it tastes VERY good. Arrived in 2 days If you like Kool-Aid and want more protein, then you gotta get this.

Have lived off this since Bariatric surgery. as never a water drinker, so this has been a great substitute while still getting protein. I water down a little to make it last longer and take away some of the sweetness but could drink alone too. EDIT: very disappointed to see a case of this go up by $20.... I lived off this and now not sure what I will do. Can't find it anywhere else.

No dislike at all
