As a vegan it's important for me to supplement with B12, in addition to other B vitamins, as often those who don't consume animal protein are at risk for B deficiencies. I’m usually not very good keeping up with my daily vitamins. And swallowing large pills is not comfortable. sho Energy (and sho Balance) has made a huge difference for me! Its compact size, fun design, and reloadable cartridges have made taking my daily B Vitamins less boring and easier overall.The pills themselves are small spheres, about 3 mm in diameter, so when I wash the two supplements down every morning with a glass of water it feels like I’m not swallowing anything at all. For people who have trouble swallowing large pills, you understand. Also, I appreciate how only highly quality, evidence-based ingredients are used if you take a look at the website.Tracking days of the week is super easy, just twist the dial and you can’t ever forget. I take one or two Sho "energy" before my workout (either running, weights, yoga, foam rolling or a combo.) I like it because it seems to help with my energy so even when my legs feel like 'concrete' and I am dragging to even began I manage a good workout. And, I don't experience any jitters. And it is just an energy supplement; without a candy component.p.S. I was taking Good Day Energy but it has been out-of-stock so I gave this a try. In comparison-- Sho has no sugar, calories, chocolate or saturated fat. I am vegan so I am all in.

This product works great for me. I tend to feel tired and my concentration level drops in the afternoon, but since I've been taking these energy pills at lunch time, I can feel the boost in my head and I can work through the afternoon without feeling down or sluggish. I will keep taking them because they really help me improve my productivity.

I really like these vitamins so far. I give them to my daughter and take them myself. I always start out with the best intentions for taking vitamins but invariably get lazy after a week or so. I find it easier to much easier to take these because they come with a dispenser that you can attach. You just click twice and they're in your hand. I also like that they are small and easy to swallow whereas a lot of vitamins are just really too big.

I felt like this product was sold by good presentation, mostly. This supplement is far from the grand promises. I know supplements are not always as they promise but this one goes out of its way to “Wow!” you into thinking it’s a good product. I am always looking for anything to give me energy. This barely works. It also is wreckless I It’s dosing obstructions.Directions :For sustained energy release, take 2 gels per day. For intense physical and mental performance, take 4 gels per day.There are no warnings. It’s a dangerous assumption that, “if 1 is good the 4 is better?”

For what these are priced at, they should do what they say they do and they don’t. I wish they did that’s why I bought them and return them.

I didn't know what to expect from these but, I was pleasantly surprised. To give it a good try I didn't drink any caffeine and just had these. I felt energized and didn't have the crash like I would with other things. I would highly recommend these. My only concern is the amount of plastic being used in the dispenser and the bottle.

I was excited to find a vitamin B that is so small and easy to swallow. I recieved the item yesterday and took the first dose this morning 8/30/18. Looking at the packaging it expires 9/2018.
