Unresponsive Business *by A***E on 16 September 2023* The last 2 orders of this Nettle Suppliment have been congealed into a hard tar like substance inside the capsules. I have e mailed London Herbs asking if the capsules were still safe to take and that to check that their health benefits had not been compromised.London Herbs have not replied which is a disappointment as it means that the latest bottle will have to be binned and consequently it is unlikely that I be ordering any supplements from them in future.UPDATE…….i have since received a very helpful reply from London Herbs explaining that they recognise the problem and will be changing their bottles to glass to ensure an airtight seal so prevention the issue I and others have had. Apparently the safety and usefulness of the contents is not compromised by the change in consistency.
