If not do you sell the 240 Volt cord?** A: I want 10 Balast So no you can’t use 240 V **Q: i have the ipower 400 watt converatble reflector and bulb socket, will the 1000 watt ballast easily convert to the 400 set up for an easy conversion** A: if it's digital it should automatically recognize the type of bulb it is trying to power and adjust itself accordingly so you shouldn't have to do anything. However, I don't trust iPower, so there could be issues. I suggest you try to contact iPower to see if they can answer your question better than me before you attach a 1000w ballast to your 400 watt socket.
