SPRINGLANE Sam Hand Blender, 800W, Stainless Steel Blades, BPA-Free, 6-in-1, Smart Speed, incl. Mini Chopper, Beaker, Dough Hook

This was a great product. We purchased ours in July 2022. It has a string motor, sharp blades and worked brilliantly until One day it just stopped working. How do I send this in to be looked at - repaired or replaced please?

Was really impressed getting this out of box, looked like a quality item - my last one from a well known maker had been well used for years and had just died. This looked like just the right replacement. I used to blend mushroom soup, the day it arrived - it made light work of it. I thought I’d made a good choice. Again used to blend soup - sweet potato and pumpkin, again no issues at all. Was quicker than my previous one, started to think about buying one for my sister. Today I got it out to blitz some breadcrumbs - nothing. Tried another attachment, nothing. Changed the fuse, just in case, nothing. So frustrating and disappointing. It’s now on its way back to Amazon for a full refund and I’m on the hunt for a better quality one. So much for ‘German engineering’

Very sturdy product as its made in metal. Very versatile, so means I can get rid of several other bits of equipment out of my cupboards. I love the storage bag with divisions, to keep all the bits separate & in pristine condition. I would definate recomend this.

Powerful piece of kit. Blends very quickly and the mini chopper attachment works extremely well on everything from vegetables to fine breadcrumbs. Variable power is controlled by pressure on the trigger. Takes a bit of practice to get this right.

The first one we bought ceased working after 3months.I felt a little aggrieved being charged 5pounds more for replacing a faulty item !This item was replaced in October after the previous 1 stopped working after 3 months. The same things has happened again. I need to return it and get a refund.I still haven’t heard anything about this faulty item. Please get back to me.

Have only used the blender so far. Although larger than any previous hand blenders I have had it appears to be easy to use and clean. Would certainly recommend.

The machine arrived in good condition, has a sleek design with lots of attachments. The device also arrived with a cream storage bag, which is helpful, as it keeps all the attachments together when not in use.The reason why I have given this device such a low rating is that is has stopped working 1 month after purchase. This blender stopped working only on 2nd use!!There is no problem with the attachments. However, the electrics in the blender trip very easily. Our blender does not switch on anymore. We waited to see if the blender might come back to life. However, several hours later, it's still broken :(If you are looking for peace of mind when cooking, without the appliance breaking mid-process, I would give this one a miss! We are disappointed and were hoping the appliance would last much longer without these issues.

I was really pleased with this purchase when I first got it, it worked great and had heaps of attachments but it just stopped working one day while using it. I have only had it since then end of September and have used it may 20 times max. Very disappointing
