My ONLY regret is not buying this one sooner. I’m extremely happy with it. The magnet is so strong, it’s hard to separate which is exactly what I wanted in this type of glass cleaning tool. The cleaner side is a tough Velcro like material that cleaned incredibly well but the “bristles” are spaced out wide enough they don’t get clogged up easily. The outside glass side is a soft material as well but is also durable.I checked the inner piece for flotation and it floats right up to the surface with no issues. I don’t that will be a problem though as the magnet is so strong, you won’t easily pull the two apart. But if you do, no more plunging into the tank up to my elbow to pick up the other half.Just an overall great product at a great price point.

I've used several algae scrapers and this actually works! I've been dealing with green spot algae and the handled scrapers haven't been up to the task. The edge of a credit card technique works to some extent but is a major pain. I didn't really expect this tool's blade to work considering the other fails, but it really did! The size seems just right. I have found those with a larger footprint really don't speed the task up; I think spreading the surface over a larger area actually results in less pressure and less cleaning. Very happy with this purchase so far. My tank hasn't looked this good for quite awhile.

I’ve had this scraper for a few months now. The cleaning pad portion works great. At first the scraper portion worked well but not so much anymore. It seems to sit too high and barely touches the glass. So if you have soft algae, it’s great. If it’s a calcium based algae, I’d go with something else.

I love everything about this!!! The size, the instructions taught me a couple of things I didn't know about magnets. Only thing lacking is that the scraper blade doesn't touch the glass flush. just one edge. There is only one way to attach the scraper and I double checked to make sure it was in right. The scrubby side (for the algae) works beautifully!!

I love this product, very strong magnetic, and it clean very well. The only one thing took me so long to leave a review is because my tank glass crack during cleaning😬. I am a little be upset but I can’t blame on their product. I think they provide pretty good quality. Overall I will give a Thumb up.
