Good value over pre-filled supplements
The blue #0 caps are working great. My first time filling my own capsules(with a Blated FIll MAchine) and I had a very minimum amount of waste. I also purchased the clear capsules and had a very tough time with them. Being transparent, they are difficult to work with and quite a lot of them were deformed. Overall, I'd give the BLUE #0 capsules 5 stars . P.S., I checked, and they held right at 500mgs of R-ALA powder.

Quality, but not quantity
I have ordered over 20 bags of these and each time either the bodies or the caps have less than 1000 pieces. Most of the time by 200 pieces short.The quality of the product is great.I would appreciate the count to be as advertised.
