The Body Shop Facial Sponge

Absolutely disgusting!!! When I recieved the package I thought the sponge was a bit flat and I though it might have expanded when I removed it from the packaging. WRONG! It’s crumbled in my fingers!!!

I used to buy this product in the bodyshop store and I loved it. However, the one I got from the amazon, the sponge was wet and sticky. It supposed to be dry. Also, it did smell really bad. So, I felt dirty and I threw it away. Just go to the bodyshop and buy one, not here.

HiI'm using this with  Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, 9.1 Ounce (Pack of 3) .The first time I received this it smelled really bad, I contacted The Body Shop in the UK and they asked for a lot of details about the batch number, serial number and the vendor and other things and advised me to return it and get a new one.I honestly wasn't in the mood to do so, so I kept washing it and after few days the smell completely gone.When you get it its like a hard sponge but once you put water it becomes really soft, I add a little of Neutrogena face wash on it and then squeeze the water out of it and wash my face with it, it's nice, it cleans the face really nicely and once I finish I just wash it well and leave it to dry.That's it, I have nothing else to say about the product, sometimes I feel its wasting my time other times I find it helpful (especially if you applied a clay on your face) it removes it easily. Just what I wanted and expected. Does exactly what I wanted it to. Wash it off and it's ready for use again.
