This heavy bag hanger is great. Holds my 100lbs bag no problem, very easy to install everything needed is provided. Would purchase this again no questions asked.

The bracket and the screws did the job but as soon as I hung my 150 lb bag the spring stretched permanently. The spring is aparrently rated for 350lbs but that did not seem to be true. I ended up buying one rated for 250 lbs that was of a thicker gauge metal than the one in this set.

This is just what I needed to hang my bag, easy to put in, very sturdy, and the spring keeps it quiet! The price is right , can't say enough good about it!

Perfect for a heavy bag, make sure you know how to fasten lag bolts and its a 10 minute assembly. 120lb bag, the spring is nice and takes away tons of noise so it isn’t nearly as loud inside. The concrete anchors are NOT for concrete just FYI if you use for concrete always use good masonry hardware, they should not be plastic but metal or steel.

This is a must have over the typical chains that nags usually use. It is super quiet and reaction time is quicker. This is a good hanger and easy to install. Only reason I give 4 Star review is because the lag bolts that come with it are completely JUNK! Two broke off in the rafter even with drilling pilot holes. Buy 4 good lag bolts and enjoy!

It takes about two people to hang it from the ceiling but it holds very very well!
