My off warranty fitbit charge 4 broke at the band holder. This band/case saved it. I did have to remove both band holders and it fit tightly. A plus: it charges with the band on. I am happy!

This is the worst thing you can buy on Amazon because it's a cheap and shiny plastic. My Fitbit looks awful and cheap. Only choice I have is to toss it in the trash because I ripped the packaging.

I love the durability of this band, I love the color, and I love how it keeps my Fitbit protected by sliding it into a little pocket so I don't have to worry about trying to get a band clipped on or a band popping off. I love the real buckle aspect as well I am not a big fan of this new tuck in a hole thing and trying to figure that out because it feels like my hands are backwards with that so the simple buckle is amazing. The one think I do not like is that it gets dirty easily and that no matter how much I clean it or what I clean it with, the dirt never comes off. It is on the edges, like someone took a piece of charcoal and tried to distress the edges by sanding them with charcoal. I have health issues and am the secretary for a non-profit organization on a voluntary basis, it is not as if I am out wearing this doing manual labor in extremely dirty conditions. I don't wear it in water. I wipe it clean after exercising. I don't understand how it gets so dirty. The thing I like is that it doesn't break. I have been reading reviews on other bands on here for Charge 5 and a lot of them seem to not last past a month. I feel as if I am stuck with a dirty looking band or nothing st all because the original fitbit bands are too stiff and have that weird hole puzzle buckle fastener thing if anyone has any recommendations that would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered this product to use with my Fitbit Charge 4 that had the connector for the bands broke. When the band arrived, I was shocked at how cheaply the material looked. It looks like shiny plastic. I assume the band will break within 6 month time frame. Unfortunately, I am unable to test that theory as my Charge 4 will not hold a charge any longer (it has been broken for 6 months and I was unable to find a band that would work).I gave the band a 2 star as it does hold the broken Charge 4 as it says it would, but since my battery no longer stays charged (100% to 0% in ~2 hours), it is basically useless. I am also not sure that the band is somehow not causing the Charge to lose power more rapidly (too tight around the device causing the button to be pressed?). For almost $15 your getting something that looks like it came out of a cereal box.

Needed a band that would meet my needs after the attachment on my Fitbit broke off and this band fit the bill, however, the plastic band is flimsy and I’m not sure how long it will last. Good enough for the price.

Love this band--no rashes, very comfortable, and the watch is super secure. Highly recommend!

I thought the description said silicone, apparently it says replacement for silicone. It looks like shiny cheap plastic. However, after breaking my Fitbit, I can at least still wear it now with this replacement.

The shiny finish takes away from the appearance but it works great and kept me from spending way more on a new fit bit

My Fitbit charge 5 band pin broke in such a way my Fitbit can't be fitted with a normal Fitbit strap. Thank heaven for this after market strap. Much lighter than the original strap with lots of holes that stops sweating. My wrist is 8 inches around and I wear the strap comfortably in the second hole. I recomend it. Note: side buttons have no access with this strap.

I bought this to replace the band on my Fitbit charge 4 where the connector had broken off the device. It works perfectly and holds the Charge 4 tightly so it was a struggle to insert but won't fall out. I can charge it without removing it so the insertion is a one time job. It will work whether one or both connectors are missing. Very pleased to find this as I would have had to replace the tracker otherwise.

Excellent product, works great. The only reason I gave it a four star is the band is not quite large enough for a larger man’s wrist comfortably. Just a bit of a larger band would have been perfect. Quality seems good for the cost.
