After inspecting the pet carrier and confirming it was sturdy and convenient to use, I put my 4-month old Havanese puppy in it for a short trip to pick up milk. It attached to the passenger seat in my car easily and firmly. My puppy did not object to being in it at all and seemed to be comfortable. For the 10-minute ride home, I opened the top nought to allow the puppy to stick it’s head out and this worked fine but it is important to attach the carriers leash connection to your dog’s collar so she will not jump out of the carrier. I look forward to traveling with our dog on a plane trip with this lightweight but study carrier.

I read through a ton of reviews and saw it was recommended for other airlines but I didn’t see much about American Airlines. I was nervous but I bought it anyway. My flight was on Airbus A321Neo and with my cat inside the carrier and under the seat, there was plenty of room. I was concerned about the height but the carrier had about an inch of headspace and there was a couple of inches on the sides of empty space.I had the top rolled up and my cat chilled inside and was just people watching. I even opened the expanded part for a while but she stayed where she was (this is before we boarded). Overall, great product and awesome quality. It kept its form and folded up very nicely. Personally, I wish the brown part on the strap had more of a grip to stay on the shoulder but it wasn’t a big deal.

Loved this bag! It was the good size for a 6lb dog and traveling on Avelo Airline. No issues. I let Emma practice getting into the bag the week leading into it so that she would be good to go. Probably not the best bag if you have a bigger dog or tall dog. Emma is used to daily travel in a car carrier, but she adjusted well. I like that it has a clip on the inside where I could make sure she was locked in for safety reasons.

Felt like a really well constructed and high quality pet carrier with a lot of nice features like multiple privacy flaps and removable cushion.When I looked at United carrier size on their website this pet carrier was the perfect dimensions. It does fit under the seat in front of you but it’s really designed for a smaller cat or dog. My cat is just under 11 pounds and it was a little snug for him and he could definitely turn around but couldn’t stand up normally and had to crouch when moving. My parent’s cat, that is 12 pounds and has a much longer and stout body, definitely would not have been able to fit into this carrier comfortably.

My dog loves it. I bought it weeks before the trip and would reward him any time we went inside. It's easy to clean the inside. I've had to put it in the wash a couple times. Fits under the plane seats pretty well but a tad tight. It's soft and looks ok. My teething dog is chewing on one corner though and that was torn up pretty quickly. Still good though. Would recommend

The dimensions on this were completely wrong. This is made well, but didn't work for me and return would be more of a hassle than worth. Do not purchase for anything larger that a guinea pig. I can't see how even a chihuaha would fit in this.

This is my second Mr Peanuts pet carrier. The first one I got has so many great features that I bought a second one for my second cat. The product quality is very high and they think of lots of features that are super useful, like a button to hold back the roof cover, additional openings, the expandable area etc. I love this new version with the rectangular extension area. I highly recommend Mr Peanuts!

I have purchased a total of three of these Mr peanut carriers! Works great for air travel. One thing to note is that a cat could claw out of it if left unattended. Use a hard kennel for leaving a cat in a hotel room (ask how I know)…

Bought for my 8lb furry prince to travel in cabin with me. It is so luxurious! The padding is more than adequate to provide a very comfortable rest in the carrier. I have tried out a few carriers and this one fits the bill for everything. Very well made. I am so glad I dug deep in to my pockets for this carrier because it really does show with the difference in quality.

Costlier than most travel bags, but well worth it. The company donates to shelters for every purchase. The bag itself is very well made, and well designed. With multiple view ports my cat feels comforted in seeing me and the surroundings as we travel together. The bag's clasps and rings are very durable and seem to be made very well. The zippers zip very well. It was difficult finding a smaller bag, as my cat is on the smaller side, but this bag was perfect for him. Well worth the price

I already had this carrier that I let a friend use for the plane and wanted a replacement. The seller was so great at communicating when we had an issue with shipping and I received the product as soon as it was fixed. I got this carrier for my cat and she was so happy, she sat inside it as soon as we set it up. We have used this in the plane and on car trips, she is comfortable and does not rub her face to open the zippers or Velcro like on other cheaper carriers.

I have a 6kg dog that sat through a 8+ hour flight comfortably in this carrier. (We were in business class so there was plenty of room for this carrier to be stowed) This was our first time traveling with him, so we started getting him used to the carrier early on. While he didn't enjoy sitting in the carrier for long periods in/around the house, at the airport, he was so nervous that the carrier ended up being his "comfy place." It truly worked out great and our work (of acclimating him early) paid off!!Now, with that said, the construction of this carrier is AWESOME! It's more sturdy than we had anticipated and honestly, we hardly ever use the extension, because our dog will just curl up in the carrier to sleep. It's nice that you can attach the side to your luggage arm, which keeps it more secure during transport. It's great that there is a short leash attached inside the carrier, so we can keep him secure in there. And of course, it's nice that you can remove the padding so you can wash it and keep it clean. And I really like the blue color we chose.We still use the carrier when we take him places in our car and he just sits right in and relaxes. I feel like he has gotten lazy since we bought this carrier, but then again, he is an old little guy so it's fair.I highly recommend this carrier to anyone with a small enough dog!
