Good Product
My apprehension was it might be like other low quality vaporiser but it’s a very good product, hardly get to see double walled vaporiser these days. Immediate steam comes out so not to wait for couple of minutes and then take steam. Perfect for home use.

Poor quality
Very much poor quality and worst product to use. Just dnt buy, waste of money. Return policy not works when you want to apply return for the shipment. Fake information showing that for some specific period not eligible to return the product. When you apply on the mentioned period not accepting and showing window is closed. Bad services.

Power supply wire is not of good quality.it got damaged.
The media could not be loaded. Prefered colour is changed while delivery. Material quality is not good.
