Could these lozenges be easily broken in half?

I don't see why you can't break it in half, but why would you want to. I was just looking at "The Real Vitamin & Mineral Book" by Shari Lieberman on page 149, quote "Vitamin B12 has no known toxicity", if you are concerned about toxicity.

It is sourced and manufactured in the US.

What flavor are these?

No flavor-just lightly sweetened with fructose.
