Given that these replace tweeters that max out at 30 watts/6 ohms, and they each share a channel with another full range speaker, and there is no associated amplifier upgrade available (just the stock head unit), I'm inclined to say there's no possible way these are rated anywhere near 150 watts rms. Doubt 150 peak either, but peak is irrelevant. Odds are up to 50 rms. They're sealed in the housing so no way to verify either without Kicker or Subaru confirming.
