I was ecstatic when my Da URBAN® Milford Mid Back Revolving Leatherette Chair arrived. Assembly was a breeze, and the chair felt sturdy and reliable. It provided excellent comfort during long hours spent working on various projects at my workstation.However, after five months of use, I noticed the chair began to droop backward. Upon inspection, I discovered a crack in the base frame, causing the chair to tilt. I was disheartened as I had grown quite attached to my chair.Promptly, I reached out to Da URBAN® Customer Service to explain my situation. Without hesitation, they checked the warranty status and promptly agreed to send me replacement components for the damaged parts. Within a few days of my complaint, the replacement arrived.Now, I am happily back to work, seated on the most comfortable and ergonomically suitable office chair available. Thank you, Da URBAN®!

The chair is good , and easy to assemble.Price looked reasonable.Comfortable office chair and for long seating hours it is having good back support.Leather quality looks good...As of now..no complaints.

So, I had initially ordered the Milford Chair in Tan for my brother, and really loved the quality and the ease of installation about the chair. We needed something smaller to fit in his bedroom as he had a very narrow area for the chair, so this was a trial for us to check if the chair would fit. And what do you know, it fits like a glove. I personally loved the design, materials, assembly as well as the affordability of the chair that I too decided to go with the same model for my room. Let me just tell you that it is worth the cost and the availability in colours and others designs is just a bonus.

The chair is really elegance and looks more natural luxury. I like very much on the colour combination, it’s easy assembled and product hand out is also available. I recommend if anyone wants to get this chair best price and best product.

Seat has a weird forward slant. The back rest is mildly unstable.. doesn't provide sturdy support to lower back

It was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. The cushioning on the chair is not as good as I had anticipated. However it’s comfortable to use. Good value for money
