Return should be relatively easy
Item was broken so I ordered and received a replacement. Fortunately refund was prompt. Glad to say the appropriate labels for returning have now been reveived

Amazing
This was a gift for my music loving teenager.She absolutely loves it.Really compact and the sound quality is very good. Great compact record player.

Looks great and works.
This was a gift for my teenage daughter, who wanted to be able to play some of our old vinyl. 30 years ago, you would be able to get a brilliant mid range record player quite cheaply. That market really does not exist anymore, so to get anything that produces great sound you really need to spend a lot of money.Unsurprisingly the sound quality is quite poor, but it does what is say on the tin. This model has Bluetooth in and out, which is why it’s a little more expensive than some other models.That said, it looks great, is nice and compact when not being used. In addition my daughter is getting great pleasure in learning about static and dust, level surfaces, and balancing the needle, - which was a right of passage for those of us of a certain age!If they could only put a better amplifier and speaker in it would be perfect. But then again, you can’t seem to get that in a tv without buying external kit, so I don’t think you can expect much more here.

Crosley UK customer service unresponsive
Turntable was uneven on arrival. Crosley don’t answer their UK customer service email or online form and there is no UK phone number. Poor after service and no way to do anything about it except raise a dispute with your credit card provider.

Squeaky turntable
The product looks great but the turntable squeaked and it could be heard over the record playing. Didn’t improve after a few days so contacted the seller but didn’t hear anything back so returned it and bought a better system elsewhere

Faulty - had to return
The player would not turn on, even with Amazon support advice eg different plugs / plug socket. Assume faulty. Had to return.
