Q: How do I inflate this ball?

Good morning and thank you for your purchase of the Prism Fitness Stability ball! Each of our stability balls comes with a hand pump and a plug along with a measuring tape for inflation purposes. All you have to do is insert the cone end of the pump into where the air hole is located and pump up the ball until it is properly inflated. If you have an air compressor or bike pump with the proper inflatation attachement, that will work as well, and be a faster way than the hand pump it comes with. NO, i odered the ball and it came with nothing but a ball that held NO air, end up trashing it...what a waist of money!!
