These chains worked great for my project. Seeing nickel and lead free in their advertising was my main reason for buying these particular necklace chains. No problems with any of them being tangled. Each came in a little individual bag. I'd buy again. They're not a bright yellow gold, more of a brassy gold; still more gold colored though if that makes any sense :)

I purchased silver chains that I love from a different company but they didn't have gold colored chains in stock so I purchased these instead. These are decent and they work as they should with no issues. They are individually packaged in small baggies and arrive in a plastic case. However, I don't prefer the duller gold color and the size of the links in this chain is also larger than what I prefer. The larger chain just looks cheaper to me and more appropriate for children's necklaces. While these are okay for the price, they are just not what I wanted in terms of quality, appearance, and color.
