Amazing! I’ve used it 5 minutes so far and it’s given me tons of useful information

I’ve never been a fan of swing training tools, many are very gimmicky but the Swing Caddy is worth every cent. It really helps you feel the moment of release at the bottom of the swing plane. I’m a senior golfer and have lost a lot of swing speed and distance but I think this tool has helped me. Be patient with the Swing Caddy. You’ll probably have to set it at a pretty low swing speed setting to get it to “click” at release. With a little practice you’ll build up to a decent swing speed. It probably took me two or three weeks to build up to the “driver” setting so give it some time. You’ll find YouTube videos that recommend the Swing Caddy and provide good guidance in the use of it. It’s a little expensive but I think it provides the golfer with excellent feedback and is a good value.

It’s OK for what it was designed to do as a training/practice aide to help with your golf swing. However, I would recommend installing a better grip on it as the stock grip feels undersized and not as grippy. Also, and most importantly for older golfers, using this device at longer distance settings (as if you were hitting fairway woods or driver) can put strain on your wrists. This is due to swinging harder and the centrifugal force caused by the weighted head which causes pulling on your wrist joints. I would recommend using this at shorter distance settings

Like it a lot. Good warm up tool

I received the product a few days a ago and began to use it periodically for 10 15 minutes at a time. It works as advertised but I'm having an unexpected problem... blisters. The device is on the weighty side and it has a rubber grip. When you swing it, it exerts centrifugal force, far more that any golf club, which it's designed to do so the magnets can click. But, I find myself getting blisters on both hands, even with golf gloves. I believe it's the rubber grip, which is unlike any golf club grip. I'm going to continue to use it, but I'll try to make adjustments to reduce the problem. I'll know more in a couple of weeks whether I'm going to continue to use it of set it aside.

So, I write this review after a recent purchase of the SwingRite competitor product. I used my professional’s SwingRite and LOVED it. Cannot say enough about what the aids are designed to work on. As I get older I cannot muscle the ball anymore and these aids will help me smooth out my swing. Anyway, I digress. The SwingRite I received looked a little different than the image on Amazon and the one owned by my pro. I was assured it is simply a new design and it is The SwingRite product. Performance on my version was horribly inconsistent. Tried it head to head with my pros version and sure enough, not even close. Called support and received a call from the owner to troubleshoot. Nice enough guy and did his best to walk me through how it works. However leaning more towards the fact I have a crappy swing vs an issues with the product. Long story short, I gave up on the SwingRite as I felt my particular product was doing more damage than good to my swing. Bought the Swing Caddy. Came today. Wow, this is a far superior product. In build, in use (magnetic vs spring) and in confidence. Would recommend this to anyone looking to optimize their swing for speed and tempo.

It is the best training aid that I have come accross to show you when to release the club at the correct point in the down swing. It helps tremendously with increasing your tempo and club head speed.

Great to practice with for getting your swing right

This product has helped my golf game after a week of practise. Love it I would recomend having one .

Of all the golf training tools I've acquired, it is by far the most useful and effective. It trained me to correctly focus and unload the power in my swing unto a target point. My drives used to be 220 yards on average. Now, it has gone up to 250-260 yards on average for my driver, and 10-20 yards for my irons, hybrids and woods. A must buy!

Using this product on a daily bssis certainly helps to build up muscle memory along with timing

All golfers should have one .Helps with release at the wright point.
