Exactly what I was looking for and works as advertised. Nice work surface, good amount of storage under the lid and the legs fold for easy storage. Fits nicely beside my chair when not in use.

My daughter loves her lap desk! I can see why some people commented on the plastic, but it serves its purpose and seems sturdy enough. I was really pleased with the storage space inside the table top, but it isn't my opinion that matters...My 8 year old mega-crafter says, "you should buy it because it is good for breakfast in bed and you can do all your art stuff on it!" So there you have it, folks!

This is great for me to take my writing with me anywhere. I tend to use it without folding the legs out most of the time. It not only holds all my writing supplies, but the legs allow me to set it down next to me and use it as a small table when I am taking a break from my writing. For the money, this is a great investment. I would not recommend it for children that are at all rough, it will not hold up to them. It did, however hold up to my 20 lb. granddaughter climbing on it.There are only two small cons with this desk that kept me from giving it 5 stars: 1) It will not hold a sketch pad because the center area is just a little bit too small. It holds printer paper and notebook paper very well. 2) The handle is not very deep. I have long nails which makes it a little rough to use the handle at times, but I manage.

Size is good, light weight and portable.. Sides are not sturdy,collapse all the time and have come off once already. We are in day three of using it for virtual learning. Using for a second grader who is NOT gentle with her things. It holds her items well, and can hold a Chromebook and worksheet at the same time. I just wish the sides stayed up better.

My 4yo received this lap tray three months ago for her birthday - I wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review to be sure it really holds up - and I am happy to report it has held up very well! These lap trays are great, not only at home with arts and crafts, but also on the road for commutes to school or shopping - really entertains them! This style has more room to work on the top surface than some others, with good storage underneath.

I love it for doing my paperwork, eating off of and I can store my bills and use it for my desk to pay bills, folds for easy storage in my bill drawer. Nothing is built to last forever that's why it's short 1 ⭐, but it's awesome for what I use it for. Sturdy by itself yes, but depends on where you put it like folded in my lap, I'm clumsy. Lightweight definitely, Durability for what I need yes, can you take a hammer to it, no. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Rated on How I use it and how it's built, it's Only plastic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For what it is.

These desk are great! They make it easy for us to take our learning anywhere! They store all of the essentials we need during study time and my kids often use them for playtime as well. They are very kid friendly. No metal parts that could pinch little fingers and easy to clean! We love these desk and would highly suggest incorporating these into your daily activities. It definitely gives us the sense that we are in a class even tho we aren’t! And did I mention they arrived super fast?

Came broken. Very cheaply made.
