I take a tablespoon daily with my other diet supplements since I'm a bit of a health nut. This wheat germ is good quality and buying it in bulk saves a lot of money. I appreciate getting it on amazon since it is a lot pricier in grocery stores. Product came well packaged and fresh like Bob's Red Mill products do. Recommend this highly.

Great on oatmeal, really excellent way to add fiber. Dr Gregor has lots good to say about wheat germ as well. I've added it to some baked goods, pancakes, and the like and it's always been fine. Highly recommend.

Quality product
I don't know what you can say about wheat germ... it's fresh (no trace of rancidity) and is uniform and free of any other material. Bob's Red Mill is always great quality.

I bought some based on the FLCCC MDs' recommendations. I tried toasting some and it got somewhat burnt because I didn't keep a close enough eye on it, but it was still was tasty - different than straight from the bag. Sometimes it's a bit bitter. Plain it tastes like ProNutro cereal, even though the latter is wheat-free. Good with some cheese and stevia. Making a tuna loaf with it next. If only Amazon didn't pack the corrugated cardboard box it came in inside another corrugated cardboard box! What's up with that, I wonder. I guess I could drop Prime and place larger orders...

Seems to Make a Difference
The package of four took weeks to arrive but it’s a product I use daily so I trust it. If you’re concerned about your health and longevity wheat germ or spermicide should be part of your regimen.
