There are the best I found close to my mother's biscotti di finocchio. I can't stop eating them. I love them with my coffee and eating them with provolone cheese. Going to keep ordering them.

Pretty Good Taralli.
My gold standard for taralli is (was) the Fiore Di Puglia taralli. I can’t seem to find those anymore. This brand, Sanniti, is perfectly fine, flavorful and wholesome. But it’s not quite the right texture. The continuum of taralli runs from glossy breadstick texture (all wrong as far as I’m concerned,) to a more crumbly, coarser, shortening rich one like the Fiore Di Puglia ones I love. The Sanniti isn’t glossy but it is too crunchy and the milling is a bit too fine. It’s a fine product, very authentic, you might love it. I’ve got to keep looking.
